CARES Harness

Last summer Anna took her first flight – from Boston to Paris. We were prepared for a nightmarish voyage filled with crying and painful eardrums. Instead (and I hate to brag – no, actually I don’t) she was perfect. I don’t think she cried once during the flight. Since the airline made us purchase a seat for her (I don’t even know if they let you hold them on your lap anymore) we were determined to use it, but we definitely did not want to lug her car-seat around France. This little harness was excellent. It was easy to install, and she was able to sit up comfortably and safely during the whole flight. It is a little pricey at $71, but it is the sort of thing that you can potentially split with someone else since you’ll use it infrequently and its unlikely you would both need it at the same time.
